Rapper and hip hop musician Qurfew has lived in four different states, but is originally from Norwalk, CA, where he’s lived for most of his life. This movement has molded his unique west coast style.

Qurfew began rapping in childhood, but has been actively performing since 2016. His inspiration as a rapper began in middle school when he first heard the song “I Can” by Nas. Says Qurfew, “That song opened up my mind at a young age, and from then I was obsessed with hip hop.” While listening to 2Pac and Nas on repeat, Qurfew started writing rhymes in school. It became his focus ever since.

Qurfew has performed in places as diverse as Las Vegas & Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He’s worked with artists including King Louie, J-Ro (Alkaholiks), 2Mex, Opina, ISuppose, and more.
